This tasty spice blend, full of the flavours of the sunny Mediterranean, is the perfect companion to fresh sour cream, or yogurt cream mix with mayonnaise on crusty bread and extra virgin olive oil for an unforgettable bite packed with flavour. It is served like dip with vegetables. Preparation: To mix 200g (1 cup) creme fraiche (at least 30% fat) or 50% Greek yogurt with 50% fresh cream or 50% mayonnaise and a heaping tablespoon of the mixture & enjoy! INGREDIENTS: herbal mixture (tarragon leaves, thyme, oregano, parsley, lovage), nutmeg, leek, pepper, turmeric, cloves. Maltodextrin, sea salt, dextrose, onion powder, lemon powder, orange powder, petals (cornflowers, rose petals, sunflower petals, lavender), potato starch, carrot powder, sunflower oil, garlic.
